UK Mainland / Northern Ireland:-

  • Standard Delivery: £4.50 and your order will reach you within 5-7 working days.
  • Orders with a total of £15 or under: £2.90 for standard delivery.
  • Orders over £150: Free Standard Delivery.
  • Express Delivery: £8.25 and your order will reach you within 2 working days. Please call us if you require this option.

Channel Islands/Republic of Ireland/Highlands/Isle of Man: £9.50

Any other overseas orders, please call for a quote.

PAYMENT

You can pay through PayPal™ by either using your PayPal™ account or a credit/debit card. You can also call us directly with your credit/debit card details if you prefer.

You can send a cheque but please note orders will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared. Please make cheques payable to 'Woodland Children Ltd'.

RETURNS POLICY

Please check your order when it arrives. If you would like to return any items, please contact us immediately and return them within 14 days (from the the date of the delivery note). We offer an exchange or full refund of the purchase price provided the item reaches us in its original condition and packaging. Postage costs will only be refunded for damaged or faulty goods.

Please note that we are not responsible for returned items until we receive them. We advise you to obtain proof of postage (free service from the Post Office) when sending items back and pack your return carefully to ensure its safety in transit. For more expensive items, we would advise you to ask for Special Delivery service including insurance.

HAND-CRAFTED ITEMS

Many of our items are hand-crafted. Each item is unique and therefore may vary in detail slightly. As these items are made to order, they are not always immediately available. When ordering a hand-crafted item, please check for availability.

GIFT-WRAPPING SERVICE

If you would like your items to arrive beautifully gift-wrapped with a hand-written message for a more personal touch, we offer a gift-wrapping service for £2.70. Just give us a call or send us an email requesting this service together with your message and we will arrange it for you.
